NO ADDED SUGARS: We put absolutely no sugars, flavors, or fillers in our products. These are whole foods that have been dehydrated / condensed down into a powder.

MANUFACTURED IN THE USA: Manufactured in approved facilities that follow good manufacturing processes and well above required food safety regulations.
3RD PARTY TESTED: To ensure maximum safety, we have each production run independently 3rd party tested for heavy metals, soy, gluten, and dairy. This is not legally required to do – and you would be shocked at how many times ingredients fail these tests when the supplier tells us that they passed their tests. We are big proponents that 3rd party testing should be required by all food and supplements.
NO “WINDOW DRESSINGS”: A common trick of the industry is sell a product with a bunch of ingredients listed, but 90%+ of the overall formula are just the first couple listed. The rest of the ingredients are there only as window dressings.
We do not formulate with window dressings. While we do not give out our exact formulas due to competitive reasons, we can promise you that we do not support the deceptive practice of window dressings.
HOW WE FOUNDED MY NUTRITION ADVISOR:
“I was once a college athlete (soccer) and was in great shape.
Then I got a job and sat in a cube all day and my weight ballooned.
I was very unhealthy …
In fact – my boss used to call me “Dew at 2″ because I had to get a Mountain Dew at 2pm every day to stay awake!
I reached out for advice from my cousin (Dr. John) who is a well-known weight loss expert.
I told him I needed to lose weight – but had 2 stipulations: [don’t judge :)]
1.) I wasn’t going to exercise
2.) I go to happy hour almost every night and probably wasn’t going to stop. (this was pre-kids for me)
That’s when John introduced me to superfood smoothies – and told me to replace 1 meal a day with a superfood smoothie.
He gave me a few recipes and had me buy ~20 different bags of superfoods …
Each of his recipes called for ~10 different superfoods that had to be carefully measured out and added to my smoothie.
I loved the smoothies, but you can probably already predict where it failed …
It took me ~20 minutes to measure out and add all the superfoods!
That was way too much work for me, so I decided to only add a tbsp of chia seeds … which is pretty much what most smoothie makers do – since that’s easy.
When I told John that I was only adding chia seeds, he got mad at me …
And gave me a 30 minute lecture on the benefits of all the superfoods.
I jokingly said to him, “How about you mix them all up for me so I can just add a mixture of them to my smoothie?”
And he jokingly responded back with, “If I do that, then you can package everything and sell them for me.”
We then paused, laughed, and said to each other: “Hey, why don’t we do that? That’s a great idea!”

DIRECTIONS / INGREDIENTS:
Add 1 Tablespoon of superfood mix to your blender for every 12oz smoothie you are making.
THIS IS NOT A “JUST ADD WATER” PRODUCT:
- The superfood mixes consist of mostly superfood powders, but the chia and flax are whole seeds. Blenders such as Nutribullet, Ninja, Vitamix, and Blendtec all will liquify the seeds just fine (although you might see a few seeds that stick to the blender container and don’t get blended). Super cheap blenders may struggle.
- We did not grind the seeds on purpose. When you grind the seeds, the essential fatty acids from within the seeds will turn rancid within 30 days.
- We have not added any sweeteners. You can sweeten your smoothies yourself with fruit, raisins, dates, or whatever you desire.
